How to do a scorpion

How to do a scorpion:

Step 1: Stretch your splits, legs, arms, and back.

Step 2: Grab your right or left foot and bring it back so your making an arch with your leg. 

Step 3: Then, arch your back so it looks like your making a circle with your back and leg.

Step 4: Now all you have to do is point your toes!
